I responded to a CARP advertisement of Zenith Insurance, called them and specifically told them I was interested in getting quotes from several companies before deciding which I would choose. The quotes they gave me were no better than the company I was already with, so I told them I would not be changing companies. I then received a bill from them! I called and explained that I had NEVER signed an agreement with them but I continue to get threatening letters and the latest bill in excess of $400. Do not go near this company - they're dishonest.
