Pleasant people offering a dire service. Made a glass claim (cracked windscreen) and needed authorisation for a specific part to be fitted. Calls to the numbers on my policy were directed to various windscreen and claims handling companies, but it was nearly impossible to speak to Zenith themselves.
5 calls and 2hrs later repeating myself over and over it's finally resolved but I'll never use them again.
