I've never used this insurance provider before so it was something new. For now I didn't have to use any claim section and really hope I will not have to.
I had few situation when had to speak with advisor to be sure with all little bits and details. Service was great. Probably the same I could ask by email or web chat but I prefer to talk with somebody in real time :)
