I was with Zenith for 2 years and I can honestly say that I've never had a company like them. Every time I ring, the custo We service is on point. English based centre so easy to talk to & always so happy to help. From little things like changing address to changing a car, I don't think I e ever had to pay an admin fee. They go to all lengths to help and call back when they say they will! I even had a minor accident (non-loss) and they handled it quick & efficiently. I will miss them! I'm only leaving because unfortunately my premium increased. I would have stayed if it wasn't a huge difference but another company offered something they couldn't match. It makes me sad.
