Not me but my son - arranged insurance via the internet - but noted that he was not insured to drive any other car - phoned back within the hour to stop payment being taken - but told it was to late - he cancelled the policy and was charged an admin fee of £30
Always thought admin was actual paperwork being produced - i will not use Zenith and will not recommend to anyone either
