Terrible company. Charged me two fees to cancel a policy all because they wouldn't insure a new vehicle which was the same make and model as the previous car, just updated. The 'customer service' is absolutely appalling - the worst I have ever experienced anywhere in any sector. I asked for an email for complaints - they don't have one and can't consider a complaint once the policy is cancelled. This company is absolutely dreadful and a score of 1 is far too much. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They may seem cheap but it's definitely worth paying more for decent service.
