They cancelled a paid in full policy with no explanation no notification and a refund took over two weeks to arrive.
They stated they sent a recorded delivery letter buy could not say when it was delivered not who signed for it. Scum of the earth leaving be for the first time in 43 years driving around with no insurance the consequences of which do not bare thinking about.
All they said was, did you have and accident? did you get stopped by the police, no then what is our problem? Total disregard for their customers
