Have to say I'm surprised at all the negative reviews as my experience was very different. Although it took a while, my motorcycle claim was handled professionally and competently and despite highlighting a couple of discrepancies in my policy they didn't allow these to prejudice my claim and paid out 10% more than the estimate I gave when taking out the policy. Would certainly consider using again
