Extremely bad customer service, communication and morals. They don't update their system correctly, they don't communicate with customers, the waiting times to get through are horrendous, worst than most companies.
You pay these people for months...hundreds of pounds and they don't fight your corner, if i could give them a zero star rating i would!!
