You will definitely not be disappointed if you order a refurbished phone from Gecko. Originally I ordered from a different supplier who promised delivery within 48hours. After two weeks being told it ‘was in the post’; delay was due to Covid; there were problems at the post office; I gave up. Not wanting to repeat this bad experience, I emailed Gecko to check out their availability and supply. Customer service responded immediately, assuring me that their promises were a commitment. I ordered and the refurbished Apple iPhone 7plus was delivered the following day. Excellent iPhone, great customer service and delivered and being used two weeks before I was able to get reimbursement from the original company. Would I use Gecko again? Definitely, without a doubt.
