Ordered a new phone for my son for xmas (I think this is our 5th or so from Gecko for various family members over the years). When the parcel arrived it had clearly been tampered with on route. Gecko customer service was excellent and made sure we had a new phone before xmas. I was very grateful for their care and grateful for this recycling option for technology we all rely on.
