I have never bought a reconditioned phone before and was a little anxious, however, I needn't have worried. it came in the condition it was described - excellent.
The process of purchase and delivery was easy and very quick. I took the offer of a free extended guarantee; why wouldn't you? I have been using it for a few weeks now and can find no fault.
