Absolutely stunning service. Zero hassle. I’ll be honest I was sceptical, I’ve used services like this in the past and was expecting issues but these guys are outstanding. I sent the phones one day, and by lunchtime the next I had a lot of communication telling me exactly where the handset was and by 5pm ALL the money was in my account. No questions asked. If I had one negative, the packaging they send you is on the ‘flimsy’ side - I actually wrapped the handset in my own bubble wrap, popped it in their envelope then in a box to protect it more during transit. But my investment of a box and bubble wrap was easily justifiable by the cash I received and the amazing service from Gecko. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
