Unbelievably fast and always keep you up to date. Been with other companies before to sell things, but always got the price dropped (by a lot) every time I was to send something to them, to which I asked them to send it back, and the item got returned faulty. So was very dubious about sending any devices to other companies because of this. However, after reading the reviews, I took the plunge! Phone was sent off and within 1 day of sending, I had the full amount of money offered, in my bank! Incredibly happy, and will recommend to everyone.
