Very disappointed with Gecko. Why don't you text or email with your decision to only pay £5? It's no good putting on your order status page where I'm unlikely to look and challenge.
The iPhone 6S that I sent you worked fine albeit the battery was weak, and yet you decide it is unusable. I feel robbed! I will actively ensure that no one I know every uses your service.
