Got my first iphone 8 with Gecko and unfortunately it had some issues (automatically shut down). Emailed the vendor about it and got a response by the end of the day, detailing the options that were available with me and the relevant paperwork required. Was gonna return for a full refund and that was it, but seeing the positive and friendly attitude of the company, I decided to give it another try. Got my refund swiftly and proceeded to buy another iPhone 8 and been a satisfied user since. Thanks Gecko!
