I would absolutely recommend this company. I purchased a phone for my granddaughter and it arrived promptly and well packaged. However there was a slight problem with it. When I contacted Gecko Mobile they told me to return it for a refund. I chose to exchange it for a similar phone. I was kept informed throughout the process and received a replacement very quickly indeed. Staff were efficient and extremely helpful throughout. Thank you Gecko.
