I had the same... no product, no refund, but lots of lies when I started hassling him on Trustpilot. He hates a negative review... and will likely respond to you on there.
The guy is called Adam Owen. He has his own website www.adamowen.co.uk where he describes himself as a traveller, entrepreneur, marketer!!!
Spread the word, send him lots of messages, click his Geekswag Google Ads (it costs him a fee when people click them).
If I can't get my money back,I'm going to have some fun with him!! Then I'll go to the police and trading standards.
