DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered refurbished AirPods last week as a little extra 50th birthday present for my wife. I have never received a confirmation email from the company, but notice that the money has been taken from my bank account. Now having read other reviews I do not expect to receive the item which should have been delivered by Hermes within 2-3 days as advertised. I have emailed the company without response. I will not be letting this matter go, and due to my line of work have the resources and know how to make the Directors of the company accountable for their actions.
