This company is a total and utter joke. AirPods arrived and at first seemed they were in working order but quality of sounds and microphone are poor and siri doesn't work at all. When I tried to return them no response on email and the phone number is not connected. I honestly thought I was doing the environment a favour and getting a decent product when I went for refurbished /as new Airpods. Like other comments I just wish I'd taken a second to check these jokers out. AVOID!!
