Avoid at all cost !!
I ordered some pokemon plushies from geekswag on the 12th of December, they claimed same day dispatch so I expected my order to be dispatched the next day (the monday) but it wasn't and still hasn't been. The money was however taken out of my account on Monday the 13th.
Emailed to ask where my order was and was told it would be delivered this Tuesday (yesterday, 21st December). Again, not delivered.
I've emailed asking for a full refund and haven't heard anything back.
All I want is my money back for an order that I never had !!!!
