DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Bought 3rd generation apple airpods for an Xmas present. Experienced an issue with one of the airpods and called Apple direct as should have a years warranty. Airpods are fake and the serial numbers cloned. As expected, no reply from the company but Apple are very interested in hearing from others affected.
