This is a scam bought 2 airpods pro and neither is working. Took them to apple store in England and Portugal and was told they are fake.
Have sent an email everyday since the 24th December and submitted a form online with no response.
Will be reporting them to Trading Standards as well as my bank and Action Fraud.
These people have scammed so many of us they need to be stopped and imprisoned.
If this has happened to you please visit Citizens Advice Website and report them so they are stopped.
