Bought a pair of Apple AirPods. They arrived on time. Within 3 days of using them I wrote to complain the AirPods did not work properly. Too many faults to list here. No response. 3 days of further perseverance I gave up and asked for my money back. They had a 14 day full refund policy. No response. Visa wouldn't help. The AirPods are unusable. The sound is very bad quality They don’t operate like Apple AirPods e.g. they answer the phone when they are in the charge case! I’m going to commence legal proceedings.
