Made a purchase on 3/18 and was told there would be 2-3 shipping. It’s now the 26th and according to “Geekswag” website they said they’ve sent out the parcel, but Hermes is insisting that they haven’t received any word from them. I’ve already been charged for the order too.
I’ve requested a refund but I doubt they’ll get back to me.
