They made an administrative error which delayed my order but, on my enquiring they immediately investigated, told me exactly what had happened, took responsibility, sorted everything out immediately and my order is now en route for the date most convenient for me. Mistakes do happen in all businesses, it is how they are dealt with which makes the difference and GeeTee could not have done so any better. First class
