A very comfortable and lightweight pair of boxing shoes. The heel is very supportive and not overly narrow however the toe box runs narrow so if you have wide feet maybe size up. But overall a very light and comfortable pair of shoes that would be suitable for not only in ring training but also any conditioning and circuit workouts. I just wouldn’t suggest wearing them outside.
