Bought 2 awnings last year...received them within a week. Installation was easy and the quality can't be beat. They made it through a very tough Pennsylvania winter...and they look as good as the day they were installed. Ordering 2 more awnings today...that's four in the last nine months. Very satisfied General Awnings customer!
