Spoke with the customer service about the awning and seemed inconvenienced by my call. Also, told them it was just ever so slightly above my budget as someone hit the current awning so we weren't planning on purchasing one right now and was basically told whatever the online price says it is, is the price. Just wasn't impressed with the support, I hope the product is much better.
