A TOTAL SCAM I never signed up to any monthly plan with you for anything , I Chose a one off plan for 19.99 which i never got anyway AND THEN YOU still think its ok to take £49.99 from my acct without my permission . Disgusting I have repeatedly asked for a refund. Right from the exact moment you took it from My account aswell...This is FRAUD you cant take money for something i havent received😡😠
