Tried to cancel on day of subscription as I have recently been made redundant and could not afford £79.99 coming out of my bank through paypal, hard enough to have money to feed the dog let alone a subscription. They did not care, i have not used the service so why cant they refund my money. Computer says no response is all i have got..
