A family member ordered without discussion at home. Asked for a refund within 4 hrs. They sent me a list to try their plan for 7 days. If that don't work they want a video of you training the pet. I could see if it is a week or so into training. But we do not need this and was stated very clearly. Through several emails. Trash customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY
