Charged me for a "subscription" I never signed up for (Doggy Plan). Refused to refund and it is impossible to fill out a protest on PayPal because none of the options match what I allegedly ordered. Absolutely a horrid experience, and it appears I am out $80. I am furious and I recommend that you do not do business with this company in any way.
