I ordered two sweaters from Gentle Fawn's website (at a small discount)--one was too large and one was large, but acceptable. I returned the sweater that was too large--I would have preferred to exchange it for a smaller size, but that option was not available. I would have had to order the sweater again in the correct size, and probably paid postage on the new sweater (I was also charged postage on the return). The sweaters themselves are nicely made and looked good, but reordering is too much of a hassle for me.
