Following receipt of the item ordered, it was unfortunately found to be unsuitable. I contacted G.O.S. & reported it as such, and was informed by the helpful staff that I could return the item for a refund (inc. the postage paid). The item was duly returned and the costs reimbursed promptly by G.O.S. with no quibble.
