Got last minute surprise tickets for my daughter for 1D Birmingham.
Was worried that the tickets would not get here in time, and was reassured by their responsive support team that they were on the case. When they did arrive, i had some questions again support answered promptly.
The fees GetMeIn charge are quite high, so pay attention to that, but otherwise I was very impressed with the service, and have an extremely grateful, happy daughter, thanks.
