Purchased tickets for my wife for the Script in Manchester. Paid via PayPal. Received confirmation e-mails from both Get Me In and PayPal.
Tickets still not arrived by Thursday for Friday's gig so contacted Get Me IN the only way possible - ON LINE! Received an e-mail Thursday evening saying my order was declined, had not gone through and a full refund had been processed. Strange that I never received any e-mails informing me! Then 'HEY PRESTO', one minute after that got another e-mail from PayPal saying I had received a refund from Get Me In. They didn't even have the courtesy to give me a proper explanation of what had gone wrong.
I am still trying to resolve this issue with them and find out why my order was not completed, despite the fact that they received my SECURE payment from PayPal, and why they did not inform me until after I had enquired where my tickets were the day before the gig.
So far, no explanation or no compensation has been offered by the Disputes Manager, So disappointed!!!
