I made an order via Amazon a while ago and had a problem with delivery so contacted them directly. They replied so quickly and sorted the problem straight away so I promised I would deal with them directly in future. This is my first order direct, the website is easy to navigate and subscription easy to set up, and with free delivery, handwritten note and a free gift what could be better!!
