I set up a new address and also set as default address. Placed an order and on receiving confirmation email realised it was till going to a previous address 200 miles away. I immediately sent an email requesting the order be redirected. No reply. Then I received confirmation that the order had been sent. Sent off another rather angry email. STILL NO RESPONSE. No point having an email address if you don't respond. EVER! Needless to say, I won't be using Get Set Pet again.
