Get Set Pet were excellent when I had to report that a bag of James Wellbeloved dog food - was off (no fault of theirs) They were quick, friendly and offered great customer service. I didn't need to return the bag (give it to the birds) and the replacement arrived very quickly.
Can't fault the service.
