Goods arrived on time but one bag was damaged . I was offered a 25% discount but as I communicated to the company I would not eat compromised food and I would not give it to my dogs .
It took a bit of backward and forward emails ( which spoiled the experience of using the company ) but I was eventually sent a replacement bag . The damaged goods we’re supposed to be picked up but this did not happen.
It’s a pity this all spoiled the experience and I’m now not sure whether I would use the company again . PITY
