My recent phone call with your customer agent was very satisfactory, I was surprised to receive the initial call to let me know that a product was going to rise in price and to offer an alternative product, not many companies would do this, and i found it very helpful, I have switched my dog to the new product and now I am looking for a hypoallergenic dry food for my cats, I was given help on the phone, and now need to investigate.
