At your end the service was faultless - however your appointed carrier DPD failed to deliver to the correct address - this is not unusual for them yet Amazon get it right every time!
Parcel eventually delivered can’t say which day but we found it at our front door in the wet - no real problem as the food is in a weather proof bag
