The product came as described, except the box had been damaged in transit and one of the bags of litter was ripped open spilling into the box and out of the box seams. Not entirely the fault of get set pet, but better packaging is needed. Natures calling litter itself is great, clumps well, no odours, no chemicals and biodegradable.
