Ordered from Get Set Pet recently but was sent the wrong item. Got in contact with the team and they immediately apologised, arranged for a courier to collect the wrong parcel and sent out the correct item. Mistakes happen, it’s how they are handled and resolved that matters and Get Set Pet were great in the promptness of their response. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to shop with them again.
