I recently placed an order on the basis of the 1-2 day delivery period. Six days later I contacted GSP to advise that I had still not received the order. They responded promptly to tell me that they would look to resolve this ASAP. The following day I had not received any response so contacted them again to cancel the order. They have since advised that they first need to receive the goods back from their courier before they process my refund. I regularly order dog food from various suppliers and only placed this order with GSP because they advertised a quick delivery. I don't intend to use them again.
