Excellent customer service! We have our dog food delivered from Get Set Pet, they make it easy to adjust delivery. The communication is excellent, they email when your order is due to give you time to adjust if you need to. They then email when it is out for delivery and give a time slot on the day of delivery. Each delivery comes with a card thanking you for your order, unlike most companies it makes you feel like you matter to them.
