Sent item back for refund as not suitable. For quite some time heard nothing. No confirmation of receipt of returned item so eventually I contacted GSP.
Only then did they say my refund would be actioned in the next few days. I can't help wondering how long it would have been before they contacted me, and actioned my refund, if indeed they would have done so at all. Extremely frustrating that they cannot be contacted by phone and assume this is intentional policy.
