Prompt and efficient ordering system. Quick despatch and kept me informed. Just a shame that DPD couldn't manage to deliver it. They either tried to deliver it to the wrong place or they lied about trying to deliver it as my husband was in the front garden the whole afternoon. Get Set Pet was excellent, ordered on Sunday, despatched Monday, delivery should have been Tuesday but let down by PDP.
