Rapid delivery with a nice free sample and personalised thank you card. Only issue was that the food wasn’t the same one I ordered - I think this is because true instinct have discontinued the raw boost range but that was what the website advertised and instead I got the newer high meat content food - turns out the cats still eat it so not too bothered!
